Kali

Kali

Certified Veterinary Technician

If you took a snapshot of Kali McCullough’s life at any given moment, you’d probably see her interacting with an animal in one way or another. Pets have always been a central part of who she, so it’s no surprise that they ultimately became the inspiration for her career choice.

After graduating high school, Kali attended the Vet Tech Program at Northampton Community College, during which time she officially relocated to the Lehigh Valley. Professionally, Kali has a special interest in the dental cleaning process. She enjoys seeing teeth that were once caked in tarter and plaque turned bright white once again.

Outside of the clinic, Kali has three fur-babies of her own: a German shorthaired pointer named Rocco, a chocolate lab named Trigger and a cat named Milo.

Kelly

Kelly

Receptionist

Kelly has always considered herself a people person, and she adores spending time around animals. What better place to work, she thought, than in an animal clinic? She’s been serving the pet owners of the area as one of the Animal Hospital of Mt. Pocono’s veterinary receptionists for nine years.

Kelly is a native of the Poconos and first started working here at the clinic shortly after she’d had her son. Her favorite part of every day is meeting the community’s pet lovers, and she strives to do everything in her power to help pets and their owners feel comfortable. Kelly never passes up the opportunity to hear a fun pet story!

Kelly and her husband, Bill, have four children—Ashlee, Karissa, Kayla, and Zachary—as well as an elderly cat named Roni and a dog named Fergie. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, visiting amusement parks, watching movies, and playing games together. Kelly is also a baseball coach for the local six- to eight-year-old division, and finds that she learns just as much from her team as they do from her!

Brittany

Brittany

Receptionist and Client Service Representative

Brittany chose a career in the veterinary industry because while many things have changed throughout her life, her passion for animals is the one thing that’s never wavered. Animals are so inherently kind and loving and deserve the best chance possible to receive love and kindness in return. Brittany wants to be someone who can give them that best chance.

While she’s had plenty of personal experience caring for all types of animals over the years, Brittany’s professional journey began right here at Animal Hospital of Mount Pocono. She is currently attending Northampton Community College to further her education and grow in her career. In her role as receptionist and CSR, Brittany enjoys interacting with clients and learning more about their furry friends. More importantly, she loves being an advocate and helping clients provide their pets with the best care possible.

At home, Brittany has one fur baby of her own: a tortoiseshell cat named Lilith (Lili for short). Lili definitely has the signature “tortitude” often associated with her appearance. She is smart, loves her puzzle feeders, and knows tricks, including how to stand and spin. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys activities that keep her mind busy and enriched – especially reading and video gaming. There’s nothing better than cracking the spine on a brand new hardcover or hearing the opening soundtrack to your favorite game. It takes you to a whole different world!

Hope

Hope

Receptionist

Hope became a veterinary professional because not only does she have a love for animals, but she also has a passion for the people who love them. Being able to advocate not only for pets, but also for their owners, is what motivates and inspires Hope every day. Nothing makes her happier than seeing the bond that humans share with their pets and being a part of a team who truly cares for them!

Prior to joining The Animal Hospital of Mt. Pocono team in early 2023, Hope had been working in the sales industry. She knew deep down that this wasn’t what she truly wanted to do, so when she had the opportunity to follow her dream and enter the veterinary field, she didn’t hesitate. Professionally, Hope enjoys meeting our patients and discovering all their little quirks. She is also passionate about learning.

Outside of the clinic, Hope is happily married to her husband, Gage. Their fur family includes a nap-loving beagle named Frank; an energetic corgi mix named Nugget, who always has to have the last word; and a gray kitty named Jenny, who loves to be loved. When she’s not busy manning our front desk, Hope can usually be found watching true crime shows or spending time with her family (two-legged and four).

Quinton

Quinton

Veterinary Assistant

Growing up, Quinton—a.k.a. Q—was always fascinated with the concept of rehabilitation, no matter the field. Initially, he thought about getting involved with human therapy, but after taking animal anatomy and zoology classes in college, he came to the conclusion that being an advocate for those who cannot speak or care for themselves was something he’d much prefer. As a veterinary assistant, Q has been able do just that and is loving every minute of it!

After graduating from ESU, Q was eager to get a job that would allow him to become more hands-on with animals. He joined the Animal Hospital of Mount Pocono team in May of 2023 and is working his way toward his goal of enrolling in vet school. Professionally, Q enjoys seeing patients recover over time – especially those with whom he’s developed a bond. He also appreciates the many unique personalities of our patients. He’s had fun getting to know them and their owners.

At home, Q has one pet of his own; an American bully named Crash, who growls when he’s happy. Aside from animals, Q’s personal interests include listening to music, lifting weights, watching anime, and occasionally gaming. His greatest achievements to date have been joining the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity and graduating from college.
