As an essential business, our goal is to continue to serve the pets in our community. We have procedures in place to see and handle any of your pet’s health care needs. We also are open for medication or pet food pickups. We have everything in stock that your pet might need!
To make this possible, we are now offering limited in-person appointments, Please note that only two family members will be allowed into the building during visits, and surgical or cloth masks are required for all our visitors and care team.
If you prefer to continue curbside service, please let our front desk know when scheduling your appointment. Curbside appointments are perfect for those clients who would rather continue with social distancing while we are assisting you with your pet care needs. During the appointment, please remain in your vehicle and call us upon arrival.
A few other reminders…
Parasite protection is more important than ever! Although prevention is a concern year-round, we are seeing an increase in flea and tick activity. Making sure your pets are protected from flea, ticks, heartworm, and other parasites is something that you can easily do. It is important to remember that parasites aren’t just an inconvenience, but can ultimately cause severe illness in pets.
We understand that you may have delayed routine veterinary care during our shelter-in-place order. We are committed to getting your pet up to date on routine care. As always, urgent and emergency appointments will be seen as soon as possible. Please don’t hesitate to call if you have concerns about your pet’s health.
