“Fantastic! We were referred to Dr.. Valese at Animal Hospital of Mt. Pocono by our primary vet because our 7 year old GSD developed a “dead” tooth and needed in depth dental cleaning. From our very first contact, which was making the phone call to schedule his consultation, the staff was professional and friendly. (The staff answers the telephone identifying the place you are calling along with their first and last name! Very personable and pleasant.) This continued at our consultation appointment and on the day of his surgery for his root canal and in depth cleaning. Dr. Valese and his staff took such good care of our little boy! They answered all our questions, provided progress reports on him throughout the day, and did follow-up care phone calls afterwards.
